Rish Sanghvi

Rish SanghviRish was one of the early Improv Consultants’ collaborators and because of his awesome support early on we like to keep him around and share a bit about him!

Rish has over fifteen years experience working in business and consulting roles at biotechnology and technology companies, including several Fortune 500 organizations. He has facilitated strategy workshops, training programs, and leadership programs in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Rish has a passion for finding ways that organizations can supplement critical thinking skills with collaboration, creativity and spontaneity – key elements of success that sometimes get lost in the corporate environment. In addition, he has used improvisation tools both in the US and India to run youth retreats, to engage the elderly and for training community volunteers.

Rish has performed with many improvisation troupes in the Bay Area including Fully Improvised, Spontaneous Combustion, and being a founding member of The Streetlight People, where he co-developed, directed and acted in over thirty performances.

Rish has a degree in chemical engineering from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from Dartmouth University’s Tuck School of Business.
